Hi anyone wanna add an Uncheck all/Check all javascript tag to the Prune threads in the CP? it takes a darn while to uncheck all threads and then select a few... to prune.

Any tips on how to do this? It might be a neat thing to have.

Good idea, I'm no expert of java though.

i use this code to select/deselect all:
to check a col (the startpos is the first element of form; you have 5 checkboxes and one button).

Just use Carnell Utilities?

Since Carnell Util a hack, is so powerful I'd rather not use it (IMHO). Have you guys had any probs using this script package anyways (with 5.47e) ?

I'd say you should use it, it's very useful.

I didn't use it that much because my board didn't last long after I had installed the hack. But it's very useful I have heard.

I mainly use it for its mass move functionality between forums.

What else can it do BassTeQ?

Some of the major things it lets you do are pretty much the same "stock" items...but with a twist. Like the pruning. It'll do that, and give you more choices...and the ability to have them all pre-checked. You can do Mass Moves, which I use for pruning mega-threads into a holding area for archival...I use it MOST for username changes since it goes through and changes all instances!!! (OK, it does NOT change the files in PM...but there may be a fix coming!

BEST thing is...as a "hack" it requires NO ACTION FROM YOU except to UPLOAD the file and CHMOD it!!! Of course, I went a step further and edited my cplinks.html file so I can call it from the CP...but that isn't needed!! No code hacking AT ALL!
